We provide care and support for people with various needs and conditions. We have no exclusions as long as we can meet your needs.
Acre Homecare is a Rochdale Council Approved Provider for older people, people with mental health needs and people with a range of disabilities.
We also provide specialist services across the Northwest, where care and support needs are greater, we create a team around the individual.
We use specialist care management software and family portal technology to be there at any time to help and support our clients.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates and inspects our service.
Hospital at home.
Acre Homecare is a Domiciliary Care provider based in the Rochdale area that ensures quality care is supplied to our Clients so they are left feeling safe, secure and supported in their own homes.
Specialist care.
Specialist care is provided when your assessment identifies more complex wants and needs. These may be medical or healthcare-related or linked to a specific condition or illness.
Continuing health care.
Continuing Health Care is a home care package for people who aren’t in the hospital and have been assessed as having a ‘primary health need’. You don’t have to pay for CHC – it’s arranged and paid by the NHS.
Companionship care.
Companionship is having someone you know and like with you rather than being on your own. Our care staff will provide support in or outside the home. This can include day trips out, shopping, and theatre.
